Sheetz Nutrition Calculator: Calories & Macros
Use this Sheetz nutrition calculator to add menu items and compare calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sodium and sugars before you order. Search 779 entries from Sheetz’s published nutrition menu, adjust portions, or compare two meals. For an exact Made-to-Order configuration, check the official Sheetz calculator: changing bread, toppings, sauces or drink size can change the nutrition totals.
How to calculate your Sheetz meal
- Find the exact entry. Match the product name and listed size. A large drink and a regular drink are separate entries.
- Add it to Meal A. Include your food, side, beverage and any extra dip. Change the quantity to 2 for two published portions or 0.5 for half.
- Check the whole order. Open an item’s nutrition details to see saturated fat, fiber, added sugars, cholesterol and trans fat alongside the main totals.
- Compare an alternative. Copy A to B, then remove or replace items in B. The comparison shows the nutritional difference between your selections.
For a customized sandwich, wrap or milkshake, build the exact recipe in Sheetz’s official calculator first. You can then enter that finished build here as one custom item. Our MTO options page explains the ordering choices.
A burger-and-fries calculation
An MTO Sh’tacked Burger is listed at 660 calories, 41g protein and 1,430mg sodium. Fryz – Baggz adds 240 calories, 3g protein and 340mg sodium. Together, those two published portions total 900 calories, 44g protein and 1,770mg sodium, before any separate drink or extra dip. This example applies to those specific entries, not every burger-and-fries order.
What the nutrition numbers mean
Calories measure energy. Protein, total carbohydrates and total fat are shown in grams; sodium and cholesterol are in milligrams. Compare portions of the same size when evaluating alternatives.
Total sugars include both naturally occurring and added sugars. The FDA sets a Daily Value of 50g for added sugars, but none for total sugars. The reference panel therefore uses added sugars for that percentage. It also shows sodium against 2,300mg, saturated fat against 20g, and dietary fiber against 28g.
The 2,000-calorie figure used on nutrition labels is a general reference, not a personalized calorie prescription. A meal’s numbers should be considered alongside what you eat throughout the day.
Portions and customizations matter
A menu ingredient is not necessarily a complete meal. A cheese entry, for example, represents its published portion; it does not include a sandwich around it. Conversely, adding the ingredients already included in a finished item would count them twice.
Do not subtract a generic sauce or cheese portion from a finished sandwich and assume the result matches Sheetz’s recipe. Use the official configuration for ingredient changes. Fractional quantities here scale the listed portion; they do not recalculate the recipe or estimate how much ice is in a cup.
Can this calculator check food allergies?
No. A calorie or macro total does not show whether an order is safe for a food allergy or celiac disease. Sheetz warns that food, bakery items and specialty beverages are prepared in a shared environment where allergen exposure can occur. Review the current ingredient and allergen information and discuss your needs with Sheetz. Our allergen notes explain the distinction between ingredients and cross-contact.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official Sheetz nutrition calculator?
No. This is an independent meal planner using a dated snapshot of Sheetz’s published menu. The official Nutritionix calculator lets you configure an MTO order. Sheetz’s app also provides nutrition details.
Are the calorie and macro totals exact?
The arithmetic uses the published values, but those values are estimates. Sheetz notes that suppliers, formulations and serving sizes can vary. A displayed “less than 1g” remains a range rather than being silently rounded to zero.
Why can’t I find my item?
The snapshot may not contain a new, regional, test or customized item. Check the current official calculator or the product’s package label, then use the custom-item form. Blank optional nutrients remain unknown.
Does the calculator show net carbs or caffeine?
It shows total carbohydrates and dietary fiber separately. It does not estimate net carbs or caffeine from incomplete information. Check the specific drink’s official listing or packaging when you need caffeine information.
Can I save or share a meal?
Copy both meal summaries, download a CSV or print your comparison. “Save on this device” stores your plan in this browser only. “Forget saved plan” removes that saved copy. There is no account or automatic live data update.
