Sheetz Low Carb Menu 2026: Keto Orders & Carb Counts
Sheetz has no official low-carb or keto menu. You build one yourself at the Made-to-Order kiosk: drop the bread, start from a salad base, and pick drinks with no sugar. The lowest-carb orders are:
- a bunless burger patty
- an MTO salad with your choice of protein
- the packaged Keto Cups, where stores carry them
- unsweetened tea or plain brewed coffee
Last checked: October 2026. The carb counts below come from Sheetz’s published nutrition data as it appears in public nutrition databases. Recipes change, so confirm your exact build in the Sheetz app before you count on a number.

Lowest-Carb Orders at Sheetz
| Order | Calories | Carbs | Protein |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea | 0 | 0g | 0g |
| Burger patty, no bun | 221 | 0g | 16g |
| Espresso shot | 10 | 2g | 0g |
| Sausage Keto Cup | 340 | 3g | 21g |
| MTO Salad (greens only) | 20 | 4g | 1g |
| Mexican Keto Cup | 365 | 5g | 24g |
| House Recipe Salad | 40 | 6g | 2g |
| Farmhouse Keto Cup | 380 | 8g | 24g |
| Wisconsin Cheddar Bites (regular) | 440 | 8g | 20g |
| Italian Recipe Salad | 740 | 9g | 23g |
Two things to know about this table:
- The salad numbers are the base only. Protein, cheese and dressing come on top, so treat 4g and 6g as starting points.
- The Italian Recipe Salad is low carb but high everything else. It carries 67g of fat and 740 calories. It suits keto. It won’t suit a calorie budget.
How to Build a Low-Carb Order at the Kiosk
The MTO screen walks you through bread, protein, cheese, toppings and sauce. Getting the carbs down comes down to the first step and the last one. The MTO ordering guide covers the screen itself; here’s the low-carb version.
1. Remove the bread. In a sandwich, the bun, roll, wrap or pretzel bun is where most of the carbs live. Removing it does more than any other single change.
2. Use the MTO Salad as your plate. If a bunless build feels awkward to eat, order the MTO Salad and pick your protein in the builder. The greens are 4g of carbs, so the total is mostly whatever you add.
3. Stick to raw toppings. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, peppers and jalapeños add very little. The carbs hide in anything crunchy:
- croutons
- tortilla strips
- crispy or breaded chicken
- fried toppings such as onion petals or mozzarella sticks
4. Pick the sauce last, and go light. We couldn’t verify a carb count for each Sheetz sauce, so we won’t guess. As a rule, sweet sauces like BBQ and honey mustard carry the most sugar, while mustard, hot sauce and most creamy sauces carry less. Check the sauce in the app before you add it.
5. Check the total before you pay. Run the finished build through the nutrition calculator. One sauce or topping can quietly double the carbs.
The “Healthy-Sounding” Trap
Eat Shmart is Sheetz’s label for lighter items. It tracks calories and protein, not carbs. Neither does the word “salad” or “bowl.” Several items that look like the safe choice are among the highest-carb food on the board:
| Item | Carbs |
|---|---|
| Steakhouse Cutz Caesar | 67g |
| Chicken Burrito Bowl | 60g |
| Skinny Grilled Chicken (half) | 51g |
| Southwest Chicken Salad | 43g |
| Spicy Chicken Caesar Recipe Salad | 37g |
| Taco Salad | 34g |
Skinny Grilled Chicken is the clearest example. It’s an Eat Shmart item and a sensible lower-calorie lunch, yet a half portion still lands at 51g of carbs because of the bread. A bowl isn’t automatically low carb either: rice, beans and tortilla pieces add up fast.
Are Shwingz Keto?
Not quite. A half dozen Shwingz lists 440 calories, 28g fat, 16g total carbs, 2g fiber, 0g sugar and 31g protein. That works out to about 14g net carbs.
With zero sugar, those carbs come from the seasoning and coating, not a sweet sauce. A full dozen doubles everything, to 32g of carbs and 63g of protein.
What that means for you:
- On a moderate low-carb plan (roughly 50–100g a day): a half dozen fits easily.
- On strict keto (around 20g a day): a half dozen uses most of your day. Order it dry and skip the sweet dippers.
Keto Breakfast at Sheetz
Most of the breakfast lineup is built on tortillas, buns and hashbrowns. From lowest carb to highest:
- Keto Cups (3–8g carbs, 21–24g protein): Sausage, Mexican and Farmhouse versions. They’re packaged items, not kiosk builds, and we couldn’t confirm every store still carries them in 2026. Check the cooler, or search the app for your store.
- MTO Breakfast Tacos, 3-pack: 17g carbs and 20g protein. This is the best hot option if you’re counting rather than going strict keto.
- Classic Breakfast Platter: 24g carbs.
- Breakfast burritos: Western is 29g, Sausage, Egg & Cheese 31g, and Bacon, Egg & Cheese 32g. The tortilla does most of that damage.
Low-Carb Drinks at Sheetz
Drinks are where low-carb plans usually fall apart at Sheetz, because the specialty menu is built on syrups.
Zero or close to zero:
- Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea: 0g carbs.
- Plain self-serve coffee: Sheetz’s own nutrition page lists no carbohydrates for its brewed blends.
- Espresso: 2g a shot.
- Diet fountain sodas: sugar-free.
Low:
- Protein Milk lattes: 8g carbs and 8g protein. That makes them the most reasonable coffee drink if you want milk in it.
- Sugar-free syrup: Sheetz’s flavor lineup has included sugar-free caramel and sugar-free vanilla. That listing is from a few years back, so confirm in the app which sugar-free flavors your store has now.
A note on Sheetz’s own data: its nutrition page currently shows Diet Coke with 27g of carbs, the same as regular Coke. That’s a listing error. Diet Coke has no sugar.
What the sweet drinks cost you, per 8 oz (straight from Sheetz’s page):
| Drink | Carbs per 8 oz |
|---|---|
| Cheerwine | 42g |
| Hot chocolate | 40g |
| Cupo’ccino flavors | 29–36g |
| Coke | 27g |
A single 1.5 oz flavor shot adds another 23–25g. Every number above multiplies with cup size.
What to Skip
These items alone can blow through a full day of keto carbs:
| Item | Carbs |
|---|---|
| Craft’d Pop | 103–141g |
| Milkshakes | 67–124g |
| Smoothiez | 64–120g |
| Frozen lemonade | 101–126g |
| Curly Fryz (cup) | 65g |
| Fryz (cup) | 64g |
| Onion Petals (cup) | 46g |
| Shnuggetz (8 piece) | 42g |
| Cheesy Bacon Tater Bombs (bag) | 20g |
Is Sheetz OK for Diabetics?
The low-carb orders above keep carbs down, which is usually the main concern for blood sugar. Watch the sodium, though: a half dozen Shwingz carries 1,300mg. That’s more than half the daily value from wings alone.
If you manage diabetes, use these numbers as a guide and follow your care team’s targets. This isn’t medical advice.
How We Checked These Numbers
Sheetz publishes nutrition through its official calculator at sheetz.com/nutrition, and the numbers depend on the exact build. We cross-checked item data from nutrition databases that carry Sheetz’s published figures, then removed anything that didn’t hold up:
- Obvious data errors. One half sub was listed at 3g of carbs, and Diet Coke was listed at 27g.
- Discontinued items. The old Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad still shows up on other sites but is no longer sold.
If the app shows a different number for your store, trust the app, and tell us so we can update this page. For calories and macros on the rest of the menu, see the calorie breakdowns.
FAQ
Does Sheetz have a keto menu?
No. There’s no official keto or low-carb section. You build low-carb orders yourself by removing the bread, starting from the MTO Salad, and choosing unsweetened drinks.
What’s the lowest-carb meal at Sheetz?
A bunless burger patty (0g carbs listed) or an MTO Salad (4g for the greens) with a grilled protein and a light sauce. The packaged Keto Cups, at 3–8g, are the easiest grab-and-go option where your store stocks them.
Can you get a burger without a bun at Sheetz?
Yes. The MTO system lets you build a burger without the bread. If you’re also avoiding gluten, read our bunless gluten notes first, since shared kitchens are a separate concern from carbs.
Are Sheetz hot dogs low carb without the bun?
The bun carries most of the carbs, so a bunless dog is a far lower-carb order. Toppings like chili and sweet sauces add carbs back. For the full options, see our page on bunless dogs.
Does Sheetz have sugar-free coffee syrup?
Sheetz has offered sugar-free caramel and vanilla. Availability varies, so check the drink builder in the app for your store.
